LIMA ES ELEGIDA SEDE DE LOS JUEGOS PANAMERICANOS 2027.
Lima, capital de Perú, será sede de los Juegos Panamericanos de 2027. Sede de la misma competición en 2019, la ciudad será la primera en albergar los Juegos dos veces en tan poco tiempo.
Este martes, Lima venció a Asunción en una elección celebrada en Miami, Estados Unidos, por 28 a 24.
Asunción, capital de Paraguay, era la competidora directa en el concurso por la sede y WAKO Panam esperaba con ansias la decisión, ya que mantiene una estrecha relación con el Gobierno paraguayo y el Comité Olímpico y también se celebrará en Perú la edición especial de los Juegos Bolivarianos 2024.
Con la decisión, WAKO Panam ahora abordará los planes para la inclusión del Kickboxing en los Juegos de 2027.

LIMA IS CHOSEN HOST OF THE 2027 PAN AMERICAN GAMES
Lima, capital of Peru, will host the 2027 Pan American Games. Host of the same competition in 2019, the city will be the first to host the Games twice in such a short space of time. This Tuesday, Lima beat Asuncion in an election held in Miami, in the United States, by 28 to 24.
Asuncion, the capital of Paraguay, was the direct competitor in the competition for the headquarters and WAKO Panam was eagerly awaiting the decision, as it maintains a close relationship with the Paraguayan Government and Olympic Committee and the special edition of the 2024 Bolivarian Games will also be held in Peru.
With the decision, WAKO Panam will now deal with plans for the inclusion of Kickboxing in the 2027 Games.
